The Wing Nuts

The band was called the wing nuts as it was made up of engineers. This was the farewell concert just before she was paid off and sold to the MSC. If you look at the bottom right of the picture you will see the word nuts, this was the tea chest base made by senior fridge Geoff Davies who guested on the instrument. Neil Buchan is out of shot on the left of the picture playing keyboard.'
