I remember Mark well. He was head chef in Bacchus in 78/79. Let me cook my own bacon and eggs when I appeared off watch having missed the set breakfast. Number one guy.

You're right Rab a number one guy. He retired a few years ago and i keep in touch with him. He is enjoying retirement, which is good to hear.
