What became of Jim Ormond. I believe he was 1st/off on either Tidesring or Tidepool in the mid 60s. He was well liked by the deckhands as he could demonstrate by deed what was required, however I seem to remember he did not take to standing orders if it required too much in the way of Jim would call "Bull....! I for one enjoyed his company.
